Oxted is a firm sale company and all orders should be considered as such. If any special sale requirements are needed you must discuss this with your sales representative before purchase.
HOW MANY CARDS ARE CONTAINED IN ONE STOCK UNIT?
When you add a single item of a card product to your basket, the unit size will be 6 cello wrapped cards with 6 quality envelopes. For all products, UOM (the unit size) is stated on the product header.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you are an existing customer delivery of your order will take 3 to 5 working days from the date the order is placed, depending on your location. If you have ordered from an indent offering, your local rep can update you on delivery times.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME OF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
Your stock will automatically be placed on backorder and be delivered once the stock arrives. If we can’t deliver any item pertaining to your order you will be informed by way of your invoice and packing slip advice.
DO I PAY FOR FREIGHT?
Freight free on all products for orders over $1000*
Any order under $350 will incur a $15 handling fee.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?
Yes, you must have a trade account with Oxted before you can purchase our products. To become a customer click here.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?
Our normal terms of trade are payment on the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice.
CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
We accept credit card payments via your web account. Please do not email any credit card details to us.
